Harold Ray Head

Harold Ray Head, 87, of Providence went to be with the Lord on April 19, 2019 at his residence.  He is the son of the late Clarence Ray & Ruby (Blackwell) Head.  He is preceded in death by his brother Robert Head and sisters; Wanda Hamel, Cecelia Perkins, & Marsetta Hutton.  Harold is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Betty (Johnson) Head, son Rodney (Ruth Ann) Head of Henderson, son Ronald (Janet) Head of Nebo, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren,  1 great great grandson, and several nieces and nephews.  Harold was a 65 year member of the Masonic Order and Masonic rights will be at the church at funeral.  Harold was a member of 2nd Baptist Church in Providence & retired as a coal miner of over 45 years.  Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm on Monday April 22, 2019 at Providence 2nd Baptist Church with Bro. Ralph Alexander and Bro.
