Carol Douglas Dennis (Doug) 68, of Providence, KY passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents Carol Dennis and Mary Lou Williams. He is survived by his cousins, nephews Mike Clayton and Brent Clayton and sons. Visitation will be at Jones & Kirby Funeral Home Tuesday, July 28 from 4:00 to 8:00. Service will be Wednesday, July 29 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
