David Allen Guinn

David Allen Guinn 64, of Providence, KY passed away July 15 at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville, KY. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Colleen Guinn. He is survived by his wife Cathy Guinn; sons Shaun Guinn (Celeste) and Derek Guinn; brother Rodney Guinn; five grandchildren Tyler, Shawn, Hagen, Karlyee, and Trycen; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation and Service will be Saturday, July 18 at Jones and Kirby Funeral Home in Providence from 11:00 a.m. until Service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Babb Cemetery.
