Eleanor Grace (Lewis) Hawkins

Eleanor Hawkins 86 of Providence, KY passed February 12, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. She is preceded in death by her parents Laben Lewis & Hattie (Fralick) Lewis, Husband; Billy Jack Hawkins and a sister Loraine McDowell.  She is survived by her daughter Melinda Overby (Mike) Grandchildren Ryan (Hillary) & Kyle Overby, Great Grandchildren Paige & Parker Overby.  Visitation will be at Jones Funeral Home from 4pm to 8pm Sunday & 11am to 1pm Monday at the First Christian Church in Providence with Funeral Services following at 1pm with burial in the first Christian Cemetery.
