Geneva Teague Freeman Hill

July 27, 1935 – June 17, 2020

Geneva Hill , 84, born in Crittendon County, KY  on July 27, 1935 entered eternal rest on June 17, 2020 at Magnolia Manor Assisted Living in Columbus, GA.  Geneva is the daughter of the late Euel and Eva Freeman of Providence, KY.  She is also preceded in death by her husband Albert Wendell Hill, son Thomas Euel Hill, three brothers Doyle Freeman, Robert Freeman and William Freeman.    Geneva is survived by two daughters, Wendy (Hill) Whalen and Kelley (Hill) Boyle, three grandchildren, Mandy Harris, Justin Rose and Jordan Boyle, one great granddaughter, Ava Enke, her sister Patricia (Freeman) Killough, brother Richard Freeman and many beloved in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.  

Geneva was a proud graduate of Clay High School, Class of 1953, in Clay, KY.  She was a devout Christian throughout her life.  She and husband Wendell were founding members of Mt. Olive General Baptist Church in Fenton, MO.   Geneva served as a children’s Sunday School teacher for many years.  She enjoyed many years working with the elderly as a CNA and nursing home activity director.  Geneva’s happiest moments in life were time spent with family.  

Due to Executive orders related to Covid-19 the service will be graveside only and held privately.
