Ja'Liyah Raelynn Conrad

Ja’liyah Raelynn Conrad, 3 months of Providence passed away on Sunday, June 10 at her home.  She was born in Madisonville on March 9, 2012.
She is survived by her mother Heather Conrad, her father Nicholas House and two sisters Leighanna and Lavendar House all of Providence.
Her grandparents, Steve Conrad of Madisonville, Tracy Hargrove of Clay, Doug Hargrove of Marion, Judy and William House of Providence and Mike and Mary Blanchard of Clay.
She was preceded in death by her great grandparents Homer Conrad and Bettye Moore.
Visitation is on Thursday, June 14 from 10 AM to Noon at Jones & Erdman in Providence.
Graveside services will immediately follow the visitation at Pythian Ridge Cemetery in Sturgis officiated by Pastor Richard Sorrells.
