James Perkins Sr. Obituary

James David Perkins Sr. 78 of Providence formerly Bristol, Ct & Collins, OH  passed away October 10, 2016 in Madisonville, Ky.  James was born in Bristol, Ct. retired from General Motors in 1999 after 35 years of service.  James was a avid car guy that loved his 1937 GMC Pickup and camping.  He attended Walnut Grove Family Worship Center in Dawson Springs, Ky.  He is preceded in death by his parents Durand & Olive Zetta Beal Perkins, son Andre Jon Perkins,  & a sister Jane Rathburn Stocks.  James is survived by  his wife, Juanita (Molly) Stanley Perkins, daughter Wendy Perkins Munger  Husband Sheldon, granddaughter Amanda Perkins of Greenwich, Ohio.  Son James David Perkins Jr. wife Taryn (Ross), Grandsons Justin Ross & Jaxon Perkins of Sarasota, FL.  2 Step sons; Quentin D. Howard wife Tina, 2 grandsons  Andrew & Alex Howard, 2 step great grandchildren of Monroeville, OH, Christopher & Rebecca Howard of Charleston, SC, stepdaughter Donna (Howard) & Ron Baldwin, of Bucyrus, OH, 3 step grandchildren Nicole, Katrina, & Wesley Ford plus 2 step Grandchildren of Port Clinton, OH plus many other family members.  Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Thursday in the Chapel of Jones Kirby Funeral Home with services at 11am Friday at the Funeral Home.  A meal will be immediately after the services and the family has asked for your attendance to eat and have fellowship with them.
