Janice Roberta (Devine) Phillips

Janice Roberta Phillips 76 of Providence entered into rest on March 20, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.  She is preceded in death by her late husband Kenneth Phillips and parents Ellie Devine & Lola (Pryor) Devine.  She is survived by 2 sons; Ricki & Jeff Phillips, daughter Kelley Cullen, Brother John Devine, sisters Sharlet Devine & Debbie Posey, 9 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  Visitation will be 4 to 8 pm Sunday and Monday 11 – until services at 2pm Monday in the chapel of Jones Funeral Home.
