Lucille Skinner, 90 of Providence passed away on Saturday, June 2 in Sebree.
She was born on July 10, 1921 in Webster County to A.E. and Fannie Pinkston.
She graduated from high school in Dixon and was married to Charles T. Skinner in the mid 1940’s. The family operated a small farm for many years and Lucille was an avid gardener and active member of Corinth Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles in 2003.
Survivors include two sons, A.D. and wife Linda Skinner and Tom and wife Linda Skinner both of Providence. Four grandchildren, Dana Bowles, Chris Skinner, Andrea Stone and Elijah Skinner, two step grandchildren, Dewayne Strobel and Valerie Stone and 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister Lana Brinkley of Madisonville.
