Matthew Glen Teague

Matthew Glen Teague age 45 of Providence died on Friday, June 14th at his home.  He was born December 26th, 1967 to Larry Teague and Ruth Ann Hayes.  He graduated from Providence High School in 1986, and then served in the U.S. Navy for four years.  He is preceded in death by his father, and is survived by his mother and stepfather Dennis Hayes, his companion Sheila Sisk, a son Tyler Teague, two sisters Melinda Trader and Ladonna Cole, and one brother Phillip Teague.
