Sheridan Dan Forsythe

Sheridan Lane ''Dan'' Forsythe, 81, Ellenton, died January
1, 2017. Born in Detroit, MI he moved to Bradenton in 1988
from Madisonville, KY and then moved to Ellenton in 2002.
He was very active with Bible Baptist Church.  Predeceased
by wife, Lula and son, Steven; survived by daughters Dawn,
(Wayne) Berry of Mayfield, KY, Cynthia Ashby of
Lexington,KY and Tricia (David) Cooper of Nashville, TN;
daughter-in-law,  Libby Forsythe of Charlotte, NC; brother,
Chuck of MI; sister, Marilyn Smith of Macon, GA;
10 grandchildren; 11 great  grandchildren. Visitation will
be 11:00AM-1:00PM with Services to follow at 1:00PM
Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Bible Baptist Church
2113 57th Street East, Bradenton, FL 34208. Burial
will be in Shady Grove Cemetery with Graveside
Services 2pm Sunday with Jones Kirby Funeral
Home in charge  of local arrangements.
